Christine Socha Czapek, partner with the firm, focuses her practice on all aspects of trusts and estates, including planning, administration and, particularly, fiduciary litigation (contested will and trust matters). She also has experience in guardianship matters (including contested guardianships).
Christine is often appointed by the court in various fiduciary roles.
Christine previously served as judicial law clerk for The Honorable Peter E. Doyne, Ret., when he sat in the Bergen County, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Parts.

Christine is actively involved in her community (Mountainside), serving on the Board of the Newcomers Club and coaching girls softball (10U). She also serves as a catechist for her parish, St. Bartholomew to Apostle.
Previously, Christine proudly served on the Board of Trustees of the Jacobus Vanderveer House & Museum in Bedminster, New Jersey.
In her free time, Christine enjoys gardening, photography, and spending time with her husband and daughters.
