Catherine F. McClain, Esq. earned her law degree from Villanova University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from University of Delaware. Although admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1990 and the New Jersey Bar in 2011, Catherine does not actively practice law as an attorney; however, she has over twenty-five years of experience as an estate and trust administration specialist. Catherine provides services to a wide range of clients on all matters pertaining to the administration of estates and trusts. She has considerable experience with all aspects of probate, inheritance and estate tax preparation on both federal and state levels, in addition to extensive experience in fiduciary accounting and income taxation of trusts and estates.
